Grace under fire. The young woman who, “works the door” has the sweetest nature and was amazingly self composed and calm handling what could only be described as “an angry mob”… folks don’t understand that this is a volunteer organization, and many came with wrong perceptions,misconceptions and attitudes of entitlement.
At our prearranged appointment,We were graced to meet with the delightful and knowledgeable Raphael who completed our documents, followed by the equally lovely and personable Nora who reviewed our documents. Everyone was so professional and accommodating.
There aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe our experience and the dedicated volunteers who could have stayed home this cold and rainy morning but chose , in their benevolence, to come in and help us.
Kudos aren’t enough… But that’s all we have. Thank you, thanks to all of you!

I made and appointment a couple months in advance for 11:30am. Everyone was really great about keeping people informed about their place in line and who was in front of them .The only complaint i would have would be that’s if you have an appointment there shouldn’t be a reason why you are waiting over an hour for your taxes to be reviewed after the first person did your taxes. Besides that everyone was courteous and very respectful.
