It was great no complaints at all,those too ladies that was assisting me with my taxes was pretty good and professional.

I’ve been going to do my taxes at Brockton vita for quite a few years now and Nora and Ben are amazing ! They know what they are doing , the receptionist is always very nice and pleasant I will continue to go there for as long as they will have the program !

We have been getting our taxes done free with Brockton Vita for a few years. We want to thank Nora Tarr and those who work with her for their kindness, for taking the time to do this every year.

Grace under fire. The young woman who, “works the door” has the sweetest nature and was amazingly self composed and calm handling what could only be described as “an angry mob”… folks don’t understand that this is a volunteer organization, and many came with wrong perceptions,misconceptions and attitudes of entitlement.
At our prearranged appointment,We were graced to meet with the delightful and knowledgeable Raphael who completed our documents, followed by the equally lovely and personable Nora who reviewed our documents. Everyone was so professional and accommodating.
There aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe our experience and the dedicated volunteers who could have stayed home this cold and rainy morning but chose , in their benevolence, to come in and help us.
Kudos aren’t enough… But that’s all we have. Thank you, thanks to all of you!

I made and appointment a couple months in advance for 11:30am. Everyone was really great about keeping people informed about their place in line and who was in front of them .The only complaint i would have would be that’s if you have an appointment there shouldn’t be a reason why you are waiting over an hour for your taxes to be reviewed after the first person did your taxes. Besides that everyone was courteous and very respectful.

The wonderful volunteers at Vita help always fo an amazing job filing my taxes returns for me every year. You have be prepared to come all your documents snd patients and they do all the work to get your return done.
